Registering on Absher
Follow these steps to register:
- Visit the Absher Website: Go to Absher and select “Individuals.”
- New User Registration: From the homepage, click “New User.”
- Enter Personal Information: Provide details like your Iqama Number or Border Number, Mobile Number, and Email Address.
- Account Information: Create a username (minimum of 8 characters) and a password (also a minimum of 8 characters, including lower and upper case letters, and a number).
- Password Confirmation: Re-enter your password for confirmation.
- Language and Verification: Choose between English or Arabic, enter the image code, and click on the next button.
- Mobile Verification: Enter the activation code sent to your mobile number.

Activating Your Absher Account
Activation can be done through various methods, including visiting an Absher kiosk, using online banking in Saudi Arabia, or the Nafath app. The easiest and most convenient method is through the Nafath app, which allows you to activate your account from home in just 10 minutes.
- Download the Nafath App: Get it from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Open the App and Set Language: Go to settings and select English.
- Absher Services: At the top of the settings page, tap on “Absher Self-Service Services.”
- Activation Option: Choose “Activate your national digital identity (Absher).”
- Enter Details: Input your Iqama Number and your newly created Absher password.
- Verification Code: Enter the code sent to your mobile.
- Iqama Expiry Date: When prompted, enter the expiry date of your Iqama.
- Fingerprint Verification: Follow the instructions for fingerprint verification using your phone’s camera. Scan both your right and left-hand fingers as instructed.
